The belt conveyor is a friction driven machine that transports materials in a continuous manner. It is mainly composed of a frame, a conveyor belt, a roller, a roller, a tensioning device, a transmission device and the like. It can form a material conveying process between the initial feeding point and the final discharging point on a certain conveying line. Product Advantages

The belt conveyor is the most ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment in the coal mine. Compared with other transportation equipment (such as locomotives), it has the advantages of long conveying distance, large volume and continuous transportation, and it is reliable in operation and easy to realize automation and centralization. The main feature of the belt conveyor is that the fuselage can be easily telescoped. It has a storage bin. The tail can be extended or shortened with the advancement of the coal mining face. The structure is compact and can be laid directly on the floor of the roadway without foundation. The rack is light and easy to assemble and disassemble. When the conveying capacity and the transportation distance are large, an intermediate driving device can be provided to meet the requirements. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be transported in a single machine, or multiple units can be combined to transport horizontal or inclined transportation systems.

operating principle

Belt conveyor mainly composed by two endpoints drum and closed belt . Driven conveyor belt rotating drum called the drive roller ( rotate roller ) ; another change the direction of
movement of the conveyor belt rollers is called bend pulley only . The drive rollers by a motor through a speed reducer driven conveyor belt to rely on the friction drag between the drive
rollers and the conveyor belt . The drive rollers ships are mounted at the discharge end , to increase the traction, and is conducive to drag . Material from the feed end of the feeding ,
falls rotating conveyor belt , relying on the discharge end of conveyor belt friction driven transport bag unloading .
