1. Design defects: at the beginning of the design, the equipment only stays in the theoretical stage, which deviates greatly from the actual operating environment, which leads to the contradiction between the design parameters and the actual operating parameters, and greatly reduces the operating life of the equipment. It has a great influence on the internal components of the equipment. For the shaft, the probability of bending, fracture and wear is greatly increased. 
two。. Component quality: in order to meet the different needs of enterprises, many manufacturers have different material selection and manufacturing technology in the production of ball mills, so the overall quality of the equipment is very different, so the failure rate of many equipment is increased. Shaft wear is serious; 
3. Assembly defects: the shaft of the ball mill and the assembly of the corresponding parts have certain assembly process standards, if the assembly process is not strictly in accordance with the process standards, it will cause great wear and tear to the matching parts or parts; 
4. Normal metal wear: metal itself has certain fatigue characteristics, long-term torque will lead to metal normal fatigue wear, which is inevitable, we can only through the later equipment maintenance and other means to alleviate metal fatigue wear; 
5. Improper operation and maintenance: improper operation and maintenance of the ball mill is also one of the causes of shaft wear. 


The normal operation of the ball mill is related to the production of the whole enterprise, and the problem of shaft wear in the long-term continuous production of the ball mill is inevitable. Therefore, when the ball mill has the problem of shaft wear, how to repair it quickly is very important for the whole enterprise. Let's introduce a technology to quickly repair the wear problem of ball mill shaft-Sorey carbon nano-polymer material. 
II. Steps for repairing wear of ball mill shaft in situ. 
1. Make good preparations before construction, such as tools, materials and spare parts that need to be replaced, and do a good job in the safety of the construction site; 
two。. Check the wear state of the shaft end before removing the bearing, and measure the axial and radial wear in detail. 
3. According to the axial and radial wear conditions to determine the axial positioning and radial auxiliary positioning (such as: hemp point, gasket, repair welding) to maximize the coaxiality and the use effect after repair; 
4. Trial installation of bearings: at room temperature, the use of the standard size of the bearing inner ring, through the increase of positioning points to meet the requirements of bearing assembly; 
5. Bake the grease infiltrated into the worn surface with an air welding gun, hit the repaired part with a grinding wheel or power tool, clean it thoroughly with anhydrous ethanol to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, rough and strong. 
6. After cleaning the surface of the bearing inner ring with anhydrous ethanol, brush with Sorey SD7000 release agent; 
7. Strictly proportionally reconcile Sorey SD7101H material, stir until the color is uniform, no color difference; 
8. The wear repair surface of the shaft is coated with Sorey carbon nano-polymer material and scraped repeatedly to ensure tight bonding and avoid pores. 
9. Material curing: curing at 60-80 ℃ for more than 3 hours, note that open fire should not be used to directly contact the material, and the heating temperature should not exceed the maximum bearing temperature of the material. 
10. Non-tapered bearings must be quickly hot loaded to avoid the impact of initial curing caused by temperature and time on the diameter after repair. Pay attention to the technological method of bearing installation, control the axial swing of the bearing to avoid damage to the location point. During the installation process, a dense filling is formed between the bearing inner ring and the repaired bearing position and ensures that excess material is extruded; 
11. According to the assembly process requirements of the bearing fixed bearing, so that the bearing in the axial positioning.
