Mining crusher is mainly used for crushing large ore in mining technology, the working procedure is gravel or broken stone, generally refers to the original ore after mountain blasting, processing into the finished product particle size to meet the demand. With the development of mining crusher, the whole process of mining industry has been improved to a certain extent, and the crusher is listed as the core equipment in large-scale mining processing. According to the feed size and discharge particle size of the ore, the gravel crusher is used in the field of coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing of ore. The development of stone crusher is based on the continuous improvement of the application of stone crusher, and the product performance is also improving to meet the demand to a greater extent. 


In the 1980s, the stone crusher made use of the extrusion and bending of the two jaw plates to process the materials of various hardness; if the moving jaw only made a simple circular arc swing, the industry said simple swing jaw crusher; if the working arc swinging at the same time also made up and down movement, called complex swinging jaw crusher. By the early 1970s, the cyclic crusher made use of the cyclic movement of the crushing hammer in the cone cavity of the shell to squeeze, split and bend the material, and crushes the large-scale crushing machinery of ore or rock of all kinds of hardness. The upper end of the spindle equipped with the broken cone is supported in the bushing in the middle of the crossbeam, and the lower end is arranged in the eccentric hole of the shaft sleeve. When the shaft sleeve rotates, the crushing cone moves eccentrically around the center line of the machine, so its crushing action is carried out continuously, so the working efficiency is higher than that of the jaw crusher. 


The uniformity of the discharge particle size of the medium and fine crushing operation is generally higher than that of the coarse crushing operation. Therefore, a parallel zone must be provided in the lower part of the crushing cavity, and at the same time, the cycle speed of the crushing cone must be accelerated so that the material can be extruded more than once in the parallel area. The discharge port of the conical stone crusher is smaller, and the non-broken material mixed into the feed is more likely to cause accidents, and because the medium and fine crushing operation requires strict discharge particle size, the discharge port must be adjusted in time after the liner is worn, so the safety and adjustment device of the conical stone crusher is more necessary than the coarse crushing operation. Conical crushers are the same as cyclic crushers, but are only suitable for medium or fine crushing operations. It is usually used for rough, medium or fine broken limestone, coal, calcium carbide, quartz, dolomite, iron sulfide iron ore, gypsum and chemical raw materials.
